The Coaching Adventure
A year-long group for coaches who want to deepen their coaching practice, starting 29th October 2026.
You don’t need to read another coaching book or learn another model in order to be a better coach. You really don’t.
Of course, reading and learning more about coaching will make you better informed and give you a wider range of tools, but if you really want to develop yourself as a coach, then this will only come, as Sir John Whitmore said, from ongoing work on yourself.
If that resonates with you, then this group may well be for you.
How the Coaching Adventure Works
We will meet monthly online for nine sessions between October 2026 and July 2027, for two and a half hours each time.
The group size will be capped at 8 attendees, plus me. The group will be closed to new members for the year, so everyone who joins will be making a commitment to the full programme.
There will be no agenda. We will work with a mix of supervision and reflective practice and challenge. We might not always know where we’re going, and, at times, the road may feel bumpy and you might feel uncomfortable. All of our work will be in support of you deepening your capacity to be present to your clients.
The group will cost £1,250 for the year, payable up-front.
If you'd like to explore whether The Coaching Adventure is right for you, get in touch to arrange a 20-minute exploratory conversation.
